Useful Information for Online Shop Customers – Please Read This First:
Log in to your Skiperformance account. If you don't have an account yet, register in the shop to create one.

You can purchase your ticket in two ways:
Enter your own KeyCard number during the ticket purchase, upload the user’s photo, and go straight to the lift!

If you don't have a KeyCard, you can purchase one from the online shop when buying your ticket. Redeem your purchase at the ticket office by showing the order confirmation sent to your email.
Ticket offices are located at:
North Slopes: Veikontie 3
West Slopes: Kattikeskus, Ilkantie 8

Please carefully check that all ticket details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
Purchased tickets can only be exchanged, modified, or canceled in case of illness, with a doctor's certificate.

Note:
If you wish to use season pass benefits but have loaded your season pass onto your own KeyCard, please visit the ticket office to update the valid season pass print on your KeyCard.
All tickets are activated the first time at the lift gate.
