👉 Use your Skiperformance account to sign in.
👉 If you don’t have an account yet, you can easily create one when making your first purchase.

2. Buying your lift ticket – two easy options
Option A: Go straight to the slopes
Add your KeyCard number when purchasing your ticket
Upload a photo of the ticket user
Head directly to the lift gates – no waiting in line!

Option B: Collect from the ticket office
If you don’t yet have a KeyCard, you can buy one together with your ticket.
Show the order confirmation sent to your email at the counter, and you’ll get your ticket immediately.

Skidata KeyCard types starting with 01 or 30 are accepted in the online store.

Important to note
Please double-check that all ticket details are correct before completing your purchase.
Purchased skipasses can only be exchanged, changed, or cancelled in case of illness, and a doctor’s certificate is required.
All tickets are activated automatically when you first pass through the lift gate.

💡 Season pass holders: If you have loaded your season pass onto your own KeyCard, please visit the ticket office to update the valid season pass print on your KeyCard in order to access all benefits.
